The final Robots of 2020 are here! Thank you all to everyone who supported me throughout, the Glyos Community is wonderful and I look forward to the new year and all we will accomplish! Expect more good stuff next year.

New Robots: Showdown in the Garden!

         Once upon a time, two powerful rogue AI's traveled from their places of power to a neutral zone where they could compare their skills. Little did they know, they would unwittingly unlock the hidden potential of a simple, aggrieved gardening robot who just wanted to tend to the flowers in peace.

Hurrah! The store is open and awaiting you! This set of figures is perfect for building, mixing, and teaming up with those from other lines in the Glyos family, as they are all color combinations that have been released previously.

As you're no doubt aware, we are all doing our best to stay safe and healthy during this time of quarantine and protecting one another by responsibly limiting contact. To this end, I will be carefully packing all orders with sanitary gloves, and limiting contact as much as I can with the packages. I also recommend that customers wait 7 days since the date of ordering to open your package.

Thank You and News!

Thank you all who bought stock of Wave 4 of the AV Robots, or who reblogged, liked, or otherwise signal boosted for me! I've been so pleased to see these sell well, and I am excited to have these friendly machines back in production.
There are plans, plans for the near future for another wave of robots! Once again we will have multiple styles, and some collaborating has been happening. Stay tuned for more news as we reveal some teasers next month.

Circuits and Brains: The Monitor Robot

 The mighty musical mastermind behind Circuits and Brains, Glen Schricker, has created this AV-Robot styled piece, The Monitor Robot!

We got talking this year at D-Con and thought it would be really cool to collaborate on a piece, like he did for Glyos earlier last year!

Well, I didn't have to do much. Glen was inspired, and crafted this tune that conveys the story of James in the comic! Something about those crazy electronic beats just brings out the story. I am amazed. I don't even know how music does that!

Drop! D-Con Assortment

Hello friends!
The newest release, first unveiled for Designer Con is now in the store! Check it out, buy some, and customize them! They are $8 each.
The muscle color that some of the glyos sister companies have united to produce for the convention is pretty excellent, and gave me the chance to avoid all paint applications in the name of homaging the original little wrestlers.

Also, I have a very very few left of the original orange figures way back from the first release back in the store. If you missed them, now's the chance to pick them up!

D-Con 2015

The action-packed Designer Con is coming up next week! I'll be there, as will most of the Glyos sister-companies. Come meet me! Come meet some of my favorite people in the world!

This convention marks the first ever time I will be selling my production figures at a convention booth. It's really very exciting, and I have a couple new figures just for the occasion- crystal clear and muscle-pink! Both are fully unpainted, giving both me and you the chance to make some customs! Whether with paint, dyes, or building, these artificial intelligences in their cold, constructed bodies are just waiting for some creativity.

That brings me to my second picture, which is one of a handful of customs I'll have at the table as well. I had to take advantage of that clear plastic to make a monitor that you can stare deep into.

After I return from the convention I will put the remaining Clear and Muscle figures on here for sale, so fear not if you can't make it!

Thank you everyone! This second drop was a big success, and there are still some robots and comics in the shop, in case anyone wants more. I've been incredibly impressed in the builds people have been doing with these figures so far, I hope you all check out the custom builds on The Glyos Connection!

It's always been a question in my head: what parts should be swapped if I do two-color robots?
Here's one idea that I like. I'd like to see what people think, and what swaps you make when you get a chance to play around with yours!

Robots Release: Saturday October 3rd

Tomorrow, Saturday October 3rd we will be releasing the second round of AV Robots!

Two drilling rigs in the ocean, just a mile apart. The robots working on them receive a strange transmission, an image and a call to arms for the living machines of the universe. One rig group interprets this as a message of equality: We should work to be equals, and not just servants. The other rig decides that it means robots should rule over humans. 

But one bronze robot knows that if the company gets wind of this, they'll destroy the rigs and all aboard without a second thought. Can it save them? Can it even save itself?

This release features the bronze and gunmetal PVC that matches glyos' and many sister company releases from the past months. Minimal paint apps mean these will be great for building and affordable!

Furthermore, each TV head sports a Gendrone Rebellion tampo, scratchy and distorted from it's long travels through space and time. 

There is also a unique character tampo on the bronze speaker head. That one is still kept secret! It will likely only be released this one time.

These robots will be $10 each, and release at 6pm PST.

Thursday Drop: The First Release

Nemo's Factory proudly presents the very first release- in the deluxe orange colorway! Each figure comes with three heads, a Speaker, Monitor, and Camera, and are 18 parts and with over 30 paint applications in three delicious colors.
Over the orange PVC is a lighter yellow-orange color, a darker blood orange, and a deep blue for the accents.
I don't plan to produce such a deluxe figure again any time soon, but I wanted something special for this first release!

Oh and they are fully Glyos-compatible, naturally!

In addition, I will also be selling the comic book Tales from Nemo's Factory #1, illustrated by the illustrious Ralph Niese! He has done an incredible job on this comic, and it's a real work of art. I and my co-writer Valerie Grue, who has written most of the short stories on this blog, wrote it as well. 24 full-color pages!

The drop is going to happen Thursday, June 11th at 6pm PST.
